1.      Employee management system  for fieldwork

This shall entail putting up motion sensors on the fence, such that when an item is thrown over the fence, an alarm shall be set off, alerting the Outdoor workers of the position of the activity.
This motion sensors shall be located as shown in the images below.
Text Box: 1. Fence region that is susceptible to throwing over the fence to the river covers about 130 meters. There is a fence, thus mounting the motion sensors shall be done on the poles, 2-5 meters from the ground. 
2. There shall be 16 PIR sensors, thus a complete geofence, connected to the base alarm station, which shall be fitted in one of the high positions on the main building.

Employee management system at the main gate

The main gate is susceptible to unauthorized access during the night. Here, it will be important to arm the site, especially during the night. The alarm shall be automated, such that any motion, including the  Outdoor workers shall be recorded. There is an option of having a camera, which is not mandatory.
Text Box: 1. Main gate has a total width of about 18 meters and manned by a guard at night. At this point, the theft may occur at night. It will be required to search the workers at any time of exit, even during the day. 
2. There shall be a single sensor here, which shall be armed during the night.
3. The guards shall have a programmed patrol with intervals of 2 hours during the night and 64 hours during the day.

Employee management system at the stores.

The stores shall be fitted with door sensors, such that any door left open during the night shall be identified. At the same time, there is an option of having cameras inside the store, with images being reviewed by the field employees Outdoor workers directly from the handheld.
Text Box: Arming the doors at night and having a camera during the day and night shall provide complete surveillance, if a worker pockets items, it can be seen from the videos sent to the handheld device or computer’s dedicated email.
